Shipping time

We ship all orders from Latvia within 2-3 business days after receipt of payment.

Delivery times typically range from 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

Intercontinental shipments typically take 20 business days or more, depending on your location and shipping method.

Delivery methods

Shipping methods include standard courier services and registered mail.

A wooden crate or carton box may be used for intercontinental shipments for maximum protection. The cost of a wooden crate or carton box will be calculated as an additional packaging fee.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on the weight, dimensions and destination of your order.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delays or additional charges.

Pickup

If you prefer to manage your own shipping you can select the Pickup option at checkout. You can then either pick your order up at no cost or arrange for an alternative shipping method.

Once you coordinate shipping you shall reach out to the seller to schedule a pickup date and time.

The seller will hand over your order unpackaged (the order may be wrapped only in packaging film) and the sale will be considered final upon pickup. Any damage or loss will be your responsibility.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds

How to process a return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with your order details.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Restrictions

Non-returnable items

Some items may be non-refundable, such as personalized products.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on seller part.
